We are property managers so we are not an appliance store. We started to sell appliances online because as property managers, we have a lot of knowledge about what people need in their homes.

We started this page because we look for the best price on furniture and appliances for our properties. We come across some really great deals. However, we can’t use every appliance we come across. We don’t want a huge warehouse of appliance waiting to get used so we decided to do something different.

When we come across a good deal but can’t use it, the appliance or furniture gets posted here. You get for save a bunch of money.
